Make yourself better day by day
One of the cardinal goal in our daily lives is how to make yourself better day by day. Being lazy and lethargic for most of the time is not healthy for your body. I have learned this over the time and able to imbibe the concept of Health is real Wealth. We all need to realize that first thing of the day we accomplish is by waking up early and if we procastinate the first thing and then you can easily imagine how the rest of the day will be. Healthy and ideal lifestyle that I believe is as follows: Have some plan for next day. Wake up early in the morning. Make your own bed. Spend an hour at least on your physical health. Go for a walk, cycling, exercise and Yoga will keep you young and glowing. Add seasonal fruits and dry fruits to your diet. One hobby that you always love doing. Brush twice a day.
