Being Calm: The most Powerful trait


Shouting with your throats bursting out, with immense energy is a total waste of time and your energy.

It has become the basic feature of most of humans to yell, shout out loud to respond to everything that they feel is hurting them or create a scene and being attention seeker.

Being Calm is the best way to deal with anything that is disturbing your inner peace. Once you chose to reply with great energy by coming to the level anyone is actually behaving, will pull you down in the same place that person belongs to. 

If you feel like that you have tolerated enough and it's time to give back the same, stop right there. Make sure that your emotions and behavior in that situation is not for public display or for anyone.

 Just think that the person spitting out the poison against you is going through a real bad time. Pray for that person so that he/she can heel soon from bad time. That he/she himself/herself has no control over it. The same person will realize the mistake later or sooner or almighty will take care of it. It's not your business. 

Once you chose to remain calm with the above thought you'll enjoy the moment and the moment will soon pass by.

There could be any situation where anyone can lose their temper, but there are very few who process the situation and acts accordingly.

Being calm/Calmness is the power that can take years to develop in oneself. It requires a great sense of being mindful and patient for the right thing to happen. 

By being calm you can divert your energy to other good things, creative ideas, positive thoughts and actually protecting your peace by not letting anyone break that shield. 

Let other's waste their time and energy and you can focus building up your energy for something great that you deserve.
