How to Defeat Laziness!!

One of the most challenging and difficult task is to defeat Laziness.

There is not a single moment in single day when most of us experiences the Dullness.

We all think and believe that it is not good for us and for our health too, but what actually we are doing to prevent it and eliminate it from our day to day life.

We are only thinking and keep on contemplating and not taking further actions.

First of all we need to understand what is Laziness? We need to understand the cause and bring our body under constant discipline. 

The quality or state of being Dull, Sluggish or Lethargy define Laziness.

It is the kind of food we intake that causes Dullness.
Also the body posture in which we eat, sit, sleep and do other activities that causes Laziness.


Laziness can be present mentally or physically.

And the fight between the two is always harmful.

But it is our mind who needs to dominate over our body response and says I have to anyhow defeat the physical Laziness.

And a positive strong thought to achieve your dreams are enough to conquer the mental Laziness.

You are driven by purpose and not by Laziness.

Your success is measure by number of actions and activities you do daily and not by the hours you were sitting idle.
